Please Don't Use Payoneer (really should be called shitoneer)

Using Payoneer without any problem as a secondary method. I hate their super high fees, but it works. Still, Wise is the best. I use Payoneer only if Wise is not available somehow.

I had the same problem with them. I started getting this kyc in every month after a while and I always completed their requests until I just couldn’t because they sent a new demand I couldn’t met. I told them to reverse the payment to the affiliate network and delete my account with all my data.

Same with me and many other members
asked for all documents and provided but still don't want to release or refund the payment
also they reply after 2 month on my case so i just asked them to fuck off and close my account
my account is 13 years old

Been with them for about 6 years and not really any problem. Just go through customer support chat and they will help you. I had an issue with verification as well and they helped

Damn! Let me prepare for the worst.

What you need to realize is that within these corporations there are rogue operators. They specialize in shutting accts down with money and when u leave it long enough eventually withdrawing it for t hmmmm themselves.

I have been using Payoneer for about 6 years now and have never faced a problem like this. There are minor issues, but it usually gets resolved with a phone call or ticket. Best to call them to get quick resolution.

The support team helped me with this problem, you can try it too

Payoneer is good , get your docs fixed and you may enjoy using it easily .
Exactly. It's important to know what country OP is in.

And like many have said, contacting support will work.

Payo is a publicly traded company. They don't need your $100.

I have been using payoneer since 2012 and it works fine for me without any issue.

been using it only for 2 years, but good in the meantime

Never got this kind of problem with Payoneer but most of the CPA networks discontinued using Payoneer as a payment method.
Thanks for sharing your experience here. Good luck in the future buddy.
Thanks man, i appreciate your kindness

I live in the U.S. I’ve tried to contact them probably 10 times with email and live chat and phone call, but it’s all lip service bs and they don’t actually give me my money in my experience. All they tell me is to submit another document so they can take 3 months to review and reject it.

Ok, the col

I get it.

Well, there's clearly a common dominator here of compliance from other members.

So, you are clearly doing something wrong.

It's probably misleading to those who might need Payoneer, to call Payoneer scammers based on your specific issue.

FYI, I do not use payoneer, nor have any of its publicly traded stock.

Edit*
I would like to thank the OP. After checking out the stock chart, I'm buying in! What a nice discovery. Thanks OP, sorry to hear of your frustrations. Hopefully you can provide them whatever they are requesting so you can get on with it and make some $$$$

That's a fair point. The whole point of this thread in my opinion is to just give context to my bad experience with them so other people can potentially save time when choosing a trusted place to receive payments and the other part was a rant. Also, if you search online, they do this very often with new accounts.
