Hello everyone,
I’m trying to decide where to focus more as a beginner—Google SEO or Pinterest.

Pinterest seems faster to get impressions, but I’m not sure about its long-term value.

What would you recommend starting with?

Pinterest is hands down better for beginners than Google.

The same ups and downs you experience with Google can sometimes be experienced with Pinterest. From my experience Pinterest is a lot better. Especially now that Google is stealing traffic from everyone.

For a beginner, Pinterest can give quicker visibility, but Google SEO has long-term, compounding traffic. The smart approach is to start with Pinterest to get early engagement and understand what content resonates, while slowly building SEO-optimized posts for Google in parallel. That way, you get fast feedback and start growing long-term traffic at the same time.

Pinterest is generally easier for beginners than Google SEO but they play very different games.

Pinterest is usually easier to start with for faster impressions and testing ideas, while Google SEO offers stronger long term stability, so combining Pinterest for quick traction and Google SEO for sustainable growth is often the best strategy.

Start with both, but prioritize Google SEO for long-term, stable traffic, and use Pinterest for quick wins and early exposure. Pinterest can bring fast impressions, but SEO builds lasting results; combine them for optimal growth.

Pinterest can feel easier at the start since you can get impressions faster, especially with consistent posting. Google SEO usually takes longer, but the traffic tends to be more stable over time. For beginners, trying both and seeing what works in your niche might be the safest approach.

PInterest is easier because it has less variables than google in rankings.

If you are just starting out, Pinterest can feel more beginner friendly since results come quicker and it is less technical. However, Google SEO is better for long term growth. A smart approach is to begin with Pinterest, then gradually shift focus toward Google.

Google is harder to master due to all the hoops they make you go through .

Start with Google SEO for long-term stable traffic and use Pinterest as a secondary quick traffic source.

Pinterest is often easier for beginners because visuals and keywords can drive traffic faster, while Google SEO requires more technical and long-term strategy.

Pinterest feels easier to start with since you can get impressions quicker. But Google SEO usually has better long term value if you stay consistent. Starting with both lightly and seeing what works for you might be a good approach.

Pinterest is easier for quick impressions, while Google SEO is better for sustained traffic, so starting with Pinterest while building SEO gradually is a smart approach.

Pinterest is definitely easy for beginners. Google not only suppresses newer and low authority sites, it also steals traffic from them with AI content summaries.

If you're just starting out, Pinterest can help you gain traction quickly, while Google SEO takes more time but delivers more stable and lasting results,.start with Pinterest and gradually build your SEO foundation.

The better starting point is often the platform where one piece of content can keep teaching something months later, because building a repeatable process is usually more valuable than chasing early wins
