Pinterest Engagement Extremely Low

The number of monthly visitors my account gets is growing steadily, but the engagement is not growing. Is this normal? How are your stats looking? Any ideas how to improve the engagement?

Pinterest is not worth it IMHO

Your engage to viewer ratio is ~ 5%. Two of my best accounts is 5% as well. Maybe others can calculate their ratio and let us know if we're within average. I'd say that if compared to banner advertising ctr (avg 2%), we should be doing pretty good.

Only suggestion I can make is to purposefully pin/repin images with 20K repins (use a number appropriate for your niche). And see if engagement goes up.
