I have a payonner master card and i wan't to add it as a payment to my pinterest ad account

Check whether you fit the countries Pinterest allows the ads in. Not every country is allowed to pay for Pinterest ads. There's a list, if you can't find it in the help center, google it, write something like: pinterest advertising countries ; I'm sure it'll come up.
