I finally got a grip on this Pinterest thing and the $$$ has been flowing. Time to share it with you guys!

1. Create an Affiliate site

Most of you are probably not going to get passed this step. Take the time, learn to use WordPress and set up an affiliate site.

Now you want the site to be in a Pinterest compatible niche like babies, clothing, jewelry, etc. Just scroll through Pinterest you will find hundreds of ideas.

The example I'm going to use for this post is babies.

So I create a site about babies with 3-5 articles that all have affiliate links in them. Now you want the articles very generic like, "3 steps to raising an independent adult", "Best baby toys" Then at the end put the affiliate link to a course for Clickbank or Amazon Affiliate.

2. Create 10-100 Pinterest Accounts

Anywhere from 10-100 accounts depending on how much time you want to invest in this.

If you can't do this step, hit the X in the top right corner of your screen,

3. Purchase follow liker Pinterest edition.

Now, what you are going to do is create a pyramid of your Pinterest accounts
Pyramid-Scheme.jpg

The top guy in green in your main Pinterest account. The 4 accounts under that do nothing put repin what you post on the green account, then the accounts on level 3 repost the pins of the accounts on level 2 which are really just repinned of the posts on level 1

I hope this makes sense but by the end of the day, what you post on account 1 gets repinned 9-99 times.

Now you set up the accounts on a follow bot. Start on slow setting for the first month then scale up to following like 300-500/day on each account.

4. Content

For posting content, I just take pictures from Google or steal photos from other Pinterest pages by dragging the photos to my desktop and reposting them.

So for my example, I'll find the most popular parenting page and download all their photos.

Add a link to your affiliate site on every picture. Do not repin other peoples pictures post your own so you can add your own link.

5. Keep making improvements.

Soon you'll be able to see which kinds of pictures have the most click and keep posting those kinds.

Which pages have the most affiliate sales so write more pages like that.

Which affiliate products have the best conversion rate.

Etc.

You kind of need to know what you're doing for this method. You can be fairly new but not a complete affiliate marketing newbie.

6. Make $$

Before you know it, you'll have all 10-100 accounts with like 100k-500k monthly views and 200-1000 clicks per day to your affiliate site. Depending on your conversion rates, of course, you could make anywhere from $200-$8,000/month with that many clicks per day.

Keep improving your content and adding more Pinterest accounts and watch your pyramid grow into a good income.

Keep in mind this will take 3-12 months for this to work depending on how long it takes for you to do it right.

7. Quit your day job.

Haha isn't that always the last step?

I'm pretty sure I left a bunch of details out so if anything is unclear just drop your questions below and I'll get back to them.

Please no specific questions about my niche or pages, thanks!

If this helps 1 person bring in an extra income and help their family It'll be one of the most important things I've done. Down the road, if you start making money with this post a comment or shoot me a DM. I love knowing I may have changed lives around the world

Best of luck guys, go get that Dinero.

Great post OP

I dabble in Pinterest, I used to work with affilaite sites. now my direct traffic leads to product pages and blogs on my e-commerce stores

Don't be a 1 trick pony and only focus affilaite, work with ad networks as well

Once you hit 30k monthly viewers to your blog site, you can apply for adnetworks that pay you 20$ per 1000 clicks which is amazing

For your pin strategy, the tiered system is good.

I have a good recommendation for yourself as well, just shoot me a PM -- it will be the cherry on top of your strategy :)

Also, do you keyword research on pinterest. Aim for long-tail keywords

When it comes to Pinterest, your goal should be to dominate trends.

Dominating trends will allow you to get mass traffic to your site (im talking about thousands and thousands) from 1 pin

Go to your pinterest search bar, look at the trending topics, create a blog asap, and post pins

Great advice man, yeah I'm a little worried because 90% of my affiliate site traffic is coming from Pinterest and the other 10% is from google/Instagram. Need to diversify. I'm gonna automate my Pinterest posting then create other sites and start from scratch.

great info, what software you use for automatic repining and following

I'm going to do this absolutely with my new affiliate site. This looks like a great way to get traffic :)

Kindly please, I got some questions if you don't mind:

1. How posts daily for your Main Pinterest accountyou recommend?
2. The process of repining all your child accounts.. is it all automated?
3. What software are you using for automation?
4. All accounts can be automated only using 1 software?
5. All pins you post, they are linking to your blog affiliate article..is that right?

I will be very grateful if you can help me. Thank you very much for doing this! :)

Great post.

As software; you can use MassPlanner.

And; as far as I know / use; yes - you need proxy for accounts. Some uses 1 proxy for a couple of accounts, I use 1-1 (1 proxy for each pinterest account)

What's wrong with MassPlanner? When I go to website there is message: "Our service has been permanently discontinued"

Thanks

Wow, I needed this post. I'm actually in the process of setting up another affiliate site to promote only through Pinterest. I think Pinterest is a great platform but it seems like it doesn't get that much love here on BHW. Everyone seems to be more focused on Instagram when Pinterest is just as good with lots of traffic and users ready to spend $. Again, great post! I'm definitely going to give this a shot on my new affiliate blog.

Awesome post man!
When you talk about posting content do you mean posting it on each acc or posting it in the main one and then following the repinning funnel on that post again?

i need to use more time on pintrest it seems like it has been taking a lot of interest over IG/FB the past year.

are they as anal with bans as IG is currently?
