As far as I used this cloaker, this is really best than anyone. I personally used this and it's safe on all the ppc networks.

I'm using the instagram edition and it's awesome. No more bans, no more blocks. Gonna buy the instagram edition once my trial ends.

I had tried it today first time and like it. Much easy to use and user friendly interface .

It seems buggy. People are reporting errors. OP isn't responding to any comments, PMs or skype chats.
I know I sent him a PM before Xmas and I still haven't heard from him.
So even though he might have a decent product - it seems to be lacking good customer support - which is a turn off for me.
Has anyone used this "cloaker" for black hat campaigns with FB ads and seen good results.

I signed up for the trial and had a problem when setting up my first campaign. Reached out to support via Skype and was able to get my problem solved fairly quickly. I'm gonna run the campaign and see just how good this cloaker is.
this one still alive? i skype the seller but no respone :3

I used trial version and to be very honest I really like my ads account is running fine. No suspension till now. 
FYI the seller even said this cloaker works... so he let me to try it in trial.
do you use the trial mode?

I tried advertsafe. I registered on they website and I didn't received the email to confirm my account. I contacted the guys from advertsafe and they approved my account very fast.
I choosed the 7 days full trial. I created one testing campaign and I looked on all available options/rules ...
There is a lack of functionalities. Example: browser language, you can do ip geo filtering only by country, you CAN'T do it by state or city.
They don't block common vpn and proxy providers. I tried the cloacking link with Zenmate ip ( LeaseWeb ) and they don't block me.
Because of lack of functionalities and because they don't have a good database of Spy Tools, vpn and proxy providers... I will look for other one.

I gave Advertsafe a try.
I didn't really know what I was doing in terms of getting the tracker to work, but the tutorial makes it as clear as day and very simple. There is even an option to test it out so you know your accounts are safe. I signed up for the trial but will definitely be investing in the product for my IG accounts.
