It's frustrating that I feel like a beta tester who is paying for your software. I know that you're still finding bugs but jesus christ man it's like I have to update every week to fix something from this weeks update. And it's kind of ridiculous that your support system is useless and that you have to post on here to get a response...

MY REVIEW
After using this bot for like 20 days i gave up on it and canceled my subscription immediately , a lot and a lot of bugs everyday you can't even get this bot to run smoothly for 48 hours without getting a new error ! and as the above member stated you are paying monthly for a BETA BOT you are wasting both money and time on it.
In my opinion this bot shouldn't be released for sale until all the major bugs are fixed ,but now it's too late to complain so my advice to is to stay away from this bot .

Update - I was facing multiple issues with the mac version, so I kept on reporting it to the support team. They kept on telling me that they would fix it and get back to me within a day, and that never happened. Finally after 10 days and 15 chat support conversations, I asked them to cancel my subscription and issue me a refund.
Its been 5 days, and they keep on telling me that my refund would be processed shortly.
PS - When instagress shut down, i was like, yeah whatever, there are so many options, idgaf. and now i am missing instagress more than ever.

Hey all.
I am now in my second month of using GramDominator.
There is no question that I have come across a few issues using the software, but to be honest the Support has been good for me. Improvements surely need to be made but its clear to see they are making progress in updating the software and offering more support.
I have at times had to apply alot of patience in getting stuff fixed, but its understandable as this isn't a large company's software and support we are dealing with.
The Support team are usually quick to jump on TeamViewer and look through issues and resolve them for me.
For the price I am overall happy with things, I was using it on a large scale for CPA, but I have moved to building a few Branded Instagram accounts instead and I am happy to continue with Gramdominator for now.
I look forward to further improvements and updates to the software. I am seeing the potential in how great it will hopefully be, and the great things to come.
Stick with it guys and girls....

EDIT: I had problems due to the settings (too many likes, 1000+ day) so I was marked by Instagram as spammy. Thanks to DominatorHouse support for helping me find that out.

Hi @indianbill007 or anyone else reading it, how can i automatically update proxies from the proxy module or do i have to do it manually. If i have 100 accts then it would be a mess

Module: Campaign– all campaign does not showing all module
General – Select Accounts in all modules..When we try to filter by group,its showing empty.
Module: UNFOLLOWER– Who are not following back.. After resuming the paused campaign,in the activity log its shown as unfollowing a single user twice.
Module: InstaLiker/InstaCommenter– Own Followers. Its just logging with the accounts and nothing happened.
Module: Campaign– Renaming the campaign is not working.
Module: Settings– Whitelist Users ===> Add to Whitelist is not working.

I have been running GramDominator for 22 days. I reached out for help through the live chat on the GramDominator website and spoke with Shreedhar. I've only used the GrowFollowers and InstaPoster campaigns, but those features have been very useful with what I am trying to accomplish. I had an issue where I could not get the InstaPoster to work with the most recent update, so he connected to my computer through TeamViewer to make sure that the software is actually working on my end. Everything looked fine, but he informed me that they have implemented a safety precaution where we cannot run two campaigns simultaneously on the same instagram account. That is when I realized that because my GrowFollowers was running, I could not use the InstaPoster. This is the first bot I have ever used, but I can still say that their customer support provides very good service as Shreedhar was very kind and explained everything very eloquently.
I look forward to seeing more improvements to the program, and hope that they will bring back the ability to run campaigns concurrently on the same account.

Their support is the worst! I'm in a similar situation.
I've been used it since yesterday after a long search looking for the best solution to my need. The support team is very helpful, they do their job, when I asked for a trial Ashwini showed me how the software works in a TeamViewer screen sharing during 20 minutes. Then sam.hunt0710 helped me with other stuffs.
The modules I'm using are ok now, the software have a lot of features that I'm still testing.
