I am interesting in this plan to switch from Hostgator shared business plan from here. I have few queries regarding this. Please look at it.

1. SSL is highly important now. Do you offer free SSL by Let's encrypt for this shared hosting just like other big Hosting providers like Dreamhost, Bluehost, etc?
2. Most of my visitors are from India, but your data center is in the United States, How much will it influence to my website loading speed?
3. I am going to use your service mostly for WordPress based sites. Do you offer any other managed Wordpress hosting plan with Nginx, Varnish caching, etc.can?
4. What kind of hidden limitations are here? The HostGator was limiting max. use of 2,50,000 in-nodes. what about you?
5. How many traffic it can handle? At HostGator, it was able to handle 50-60K visits per month and few times I noticed that could handle 200-250 concurrent users. What about your service?
6. You refund rules appears to be catchy, not as clean and clear as it usually happens with other well-know sites. Under refund issuance, what if I didn't get good loading speed for my site, can I ask for refund?
7. Do you offer free migration service? If yes, then for how many websites?

Yes we do provide lets encrypt in shared hosting

Well latency wise there wont be much difference as we have fast internet
and SSD based server for better performance

We do provide Varnish memcache and also SSD drive which does increase
the performance of mysql driven website as read and write is faster

Yes we do limit it to 500000 per cpanel account

5. How many traffic it can handle? At HostGator, it was able to handle 50-60K visits per month and few times I noticed that could handle 200-250 concurrent users. What about your service?

As its a shared hosting services number of concurrent connection would be limited based on cpu and memory used.

Number of visitors of 50-60k should not be an issue with us

Refunds are available for first 30 days of signup . You can ask for refunds,

4. I recently hosted one of my high traffic website to CLOUDWAYS , but it's costly. which plan do you suggest me for monthly traffic of around 1 million , mostly from Indian visitors ?
5. Do you offer daily backups?
6. What if I get a surge in traffic, will the visitors be get served with cache version or website may get down for that period?
7. DMCA ignored?
8. Can I expect a load time of less than 3 seconds on your server?

Its only different based on resources like addon domain parked domains number of mysql databases allowed

If there is surge in visitors it will support upto 150-200 visitor once the limit is reached website will be no be visible to new visitors

No we do not ignore DMCA. Any issues with DMCA we will suspend site right away

8. Can I expect a load time of less than 3 seconds on your server?

Website load time is not solely dependent on server or network

Its also depends on factor like code mysql database queries number of visitors on website and other parameter

So we cannot guarantee website will load in 3 seconds speed without monitoring it

I have 4-5 small websites which can easily be hosted on SSD shared hosting and have one primary website is which currently gets around 100k visits a month. Which SSD cloud hosting do you recommend me for this much of visits? Will SSD CLOUD 2GB be okay? It's currently hosted on https://www.digitalocean.com/ 2GB RAM and two core processor server ( via cloudways).

Is your SSD cloud option ( functionality and environment wise) similar to that of AWS or Digital Ocean or its different?

This SSD cloud is a VPS, or it's different?

Suppose I signed up for "SSD CLOUD 2GB" but then needed to upgrade after few months, Can I upgrade it to the same discounted rate I am getting now ( Considering I will continue to be your customer)?

Can you enable LEMP configuration for my WordPress installation on SSD cloud? Does it support Memcache, Varnish caching?
