I saw it sitting in the order section on the website for over 6 hours stuck on pending before it finally started to process the order. It wasn't an API issue.

So many services just sit on PENDING for hours, even if you state it will start in an hour. Fix the start times of the services so they are actually accurate.

I don't care if it takes a few hours to start, but when you have customers purchasing orders and you're trying to select the best services based off start time and quality, only to find out that the start times are woefully inaccurate it not only hurts your business, it also hurts mine.

Also, service 255 states in the title 20k per day but in the description it's actually 2k a day.

Pending can be a FAIL order on our side meaning it's an API Issue yes. We do our best to put accurate start time and delivery speed. Start time seems to vary a lot, it's generally from 0 to 6 hours. But everytime we add a service and add 1h start time, it's because the service was almost instant.

Why I would not recommend Followiz:

I have spent almost $300 on Followiz in the last 2 weeks and i am changing to a different seller.
I am a reseller of SoundCloud services so it is very important for my business that the orders arrive on time, about a week ago a service on Followiz simply stopped working and i had ~50 orders that did not arrive and were, and are still, marked as "In Progress" for almost a week.
I wrote the Support staff and they choose to ignore me since 3 days. My Customers are ripping my ass open and i am losing a fortune in refund fees.

I would NOT recommend followiz if you are dependent on a fast delivery and a reliable service. Some services are okay but you can not trust Followiz to deliver. RESELLERS BEWARE.

Can you please let us know which service was it so I can check for the issues ?

I tried 4 or 5 different follower services today with an advertised start time of one hour. Not a single one was started in an hour.

Instagram Comments services are broken.

The guy above lost 50 orders for SoundCloud services and had to pay refund fees.

Support tickets take hours or even days to answer.

You need a better way to REFUND your customers when the services underperform and also allow them to cancel the orders if they're taking forever to deliver and refund us the money. You make it so hard to use Paypal or other conventional payment methods on your site and make us use FRIENDS AND FAMILY PAYMENTS SO YOU CAN'T HAVE REFUNDS RAISED AGAINST YOU FOR YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICES.

GUESS WHAT? EVERYONE WHO RESELLS HAS TO USE ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS AND WE ARE THE ONES HAVING TO PAY REFUNDS AND ASSOCIATED FEES WHEN YOUR SERVICES **** US OVER.

You need to take down bad services and have accurate start times. At this point, it's honestly just scamming people's money. On some services, you have different hour delivery amounts in the titles and descriptions.

Get your shit together or hire more VAs because this is a joke.

Don't boo hoo me about an Instagram update either. Reduce the services you are offering to the bare minimum that actually function and work as advertised, or don't put them up at all.

Instagram comment has always been like this, they can get removed/marked as spam from ig when t hey are added, they can be marked as spam from the users on the page, or they can be removed by the page author. We have 5 support agents working everyday on tickets. We do refund the Friend and Family payments as well, what do you mean here. Many people got their refund done and were happy about it. We are currently working on adding quality services that start fast and deliver fast. We are also working on client experience on site, this is something we started this week.

If you request a refund they legit just tell you "We have asked our provider for a refund" how about YOU PROCESS THE REFUND AND THEN YOU CHASE UP YOUR PROVIDER.

If a customer does a refund against me I don't get to come after you for the money first, I'm the one getting hit straight away.

If you are selling a service, and it doesn't work you owe your customers a refund. You don't get to say you have to get a refund from your provider first to give me a refund.

It would cost you nothing to process these refunds.

You are a greedy scammer.

YOU ADMIT IN TICKETS ABOUT KNOWING THERE ARE ISSUES BUT REFUSE TO ISSUE REFUNDS UNLESS YOUR PROVIDER GIVES YOU ONE. Give a refund to your customers and take the hit to your pocket, then YOU chase up your provider so they can pay you back.

I don't think we are talking about the same refund process here. I am talking about refunds to payment processor.
For order refunds, only if orders are not starting after 3 days then we cancel the order. There is no other way we will refund an order except if provider accepts it.

Send support and do not respond, as I will not accept paypal and I just bought the panel with paypal balance two days ago, with which I reload money? just kidding? buy a panel to have it adornment? I invested a lot of money on this page and the truth is that I'm going to de-commission or fix things soon or I'll have to solve it myself.
