I am looking for PVA accounts from US numbers and I have a few questions:

1. How long does it take to receive these accounts once payment is received?
2. How are they delivered? CSV?
3. When we buy, how do we get access to the attached email accounts?
4. Do you offer accounts with photos uploaded already? We would be interested if so, probably like 6 unique photos per account ideally. How much would you charge for 50 of these accounts (with 6 photos) if you can do it?
