Some agencies are paying for when someone watches a full video but for incentive, the length of the videos tend to be 1:00+ and the payout is often very low. That doesn't produce a good experience or strong earnings for affiliates and has the opposite effect. I do think the suggestion of milestones is a good one but, again, it comes down to whether or not ad agencies would be on side.

Ok, I think its a good idea to look into. Any advertiser not recognizing video ads is behind the times. Youtube is all video ads and over half the apps out there have video ads included. I'm not familiar with how youtube pays out but if advertisers need the full video viewed I would suggest going with 30 seconds or less. It would just be a good option to have but if you're saying they don't pay much for incentive I can understand that. Hopefully this is an area that changes.
