We tend to take a look at all of the information we get through your application then monitor things over the first few weeks. If you're able to submit your application, takes less than 2 minutes, with all of the required details, you should be able to get approved quickly. I'll gladly help out. some great features but i dont like sending my traffic to you every time i do i always get 1% conversion no matter what. ANY other network i send traffic to my conversion is 5% plus and epc is always terrible to. i dont send traffic to you because of this

We focus on getting you the best earnings. Period. Everything else is secondary to your earnings and it's not a close second. I know it can vary and some networks have a higher conversion but, terrible EPC, sometimes its vice versa just like you said where you get a low conversion but better EPC. The reality is that EPC is important to us and so are conversions but they're just metrics we use to help you earn more. Earnings are king and can't be fabricated. You can increase someone's conversions and EPC's by shaving their clicks. In fact, some people earn more with us than other networks but don't have as good an EPC or conversions as they do elsewhere. This is why we prioritize earnings. Everything else is something that can be manipulated.

How much money you walk away with is worth 1,000x more than any other statistic.

With that said, I can also help along with setting up and optimizing your account. I'll send a PM your way and we can go from there

I like how people take care of their business with threads like this, I tried CPA lead back in my CPA days, I used to make nice money but payouts were huuuge problem.

Once I made 450$ and they paid me only 100, I send them mails and got my answer 5 weeks later and they told me how I mad ejust 100$.

They also changed my earnings from 450$ to 100$ in panel.

Ok that was first time, and last month I used them I made around 320$, that's not much money but I just quit CPA because of this, I made 300 and something and they sent me 0.

On payment date my stats just changed to 0.

I personally do not trust same site even if site change 1000 owners, but hey, just like other sites, someone get better experience, someone is satisfied, someone is not..

Thanks. I can't tell you how much I personally care about doing the right things for Affiliates and engaging the community. There's no way to be perfect but this is the most efficient way of being the best that we can be, by interacting with the people who run traffic and seeing what they like, don't like, are happy with, weren't happy (or aren't) with etc. Just like with your post

The only instances with today's business where you wouldn't get paid is if it were fraud. I realize that a name is important to you but think of it this way, if you don't like people who live next door to you then someone else buys the house, do you hate the new owners too because someone you didn't like USED to live there? That's what CPAlead is, its like a house (like any business). I liked the structure, the technology, the affiliate list (huge), the advertiser contracts etc. So I moved into the house. Cleaned out the old staff and brought in new staff as well. If we were a big corporation of 10,000 people, I'd say ok, it'd take forever to change. But we're not and changing everything top to bottom didn't take that long.

If you'd like to explore further, if you are running CPA that is, let's get in touch and chat. If not and you're out of CPA, then that's ok and the door is open to discuss anytime

This thread is different! The OP post from CPALead was great and thanks. Not too often someone puts themselves on screen lol Like others, I can say that there's a ton of good things being said and from what I see and have experienced there are some great good changes that have happened at CPALead. Good job on the opening post and all of the work. It shows.

One thing I think is really weak in all of CPA is the options for some display. I know that CPA isn't display but some video options would be good and you can still have CPA videos. For example, why not have videos where if you watch 10 seconds you get a payout and if the visitor watches 30 seconds its another payout then a higher payout for watching the full video.

I think watching is an action right? Its frustrating not to have that option since sometimes you have content where you don't want to use a lock of any kind. But a video or something displayed you would.

That's what I think anyways. I think that would be along the lines of revolutionary for the CPA world. Not to take away from anything you guys have done or this thread. Seriously, nice job with this thread and everything, keep it up but maybe think outside the box with the video stuff.

I'm not the only one who is thinking this, I can tell you that much for sure!

Thanks for the kind words, they're very much appreciated.

I also want to thank you for your suggestion regarding videos. I understand and it does make sense conceptually. We haven't had a lot of demand for CPA videos just yet though and the other challenge is in getting the right ad units. Some agencies are paying for when someone watches a full video but for incentive, the length of the videos tend to be 1:00+ and the payout is often very low. That doesn't produce a good experience or strong earnings for affiliates and has the opposite effect. I do think the suggestion of milestones is a good one but, again, it comes down to whether or not ad agencies would be on side. I wanted to touch on your suggestion that way anyone else feeling strongly about this model could give their own thoughts. I also wanted you to know things stand so that you could have some fair expectations. Right now, there isn't as strong an opportunity to supplant CPA offers with CPA Video ads but if things were to change in the future and it were something that could do well for affiliates, we would be interested!

I have a question about the way the mobile content lock offers are handled.

So when you set the content lock to force the visitor to fill out more than one offer, will you still get credited for the leads where these visitors only fill out half of what they're supposed to?

Say you set it to 4 offers before the content is unlocked, and the visitor only fills out 2 mobile offers. I want to know if you still get credited even though they do not unlock the content in the end. From what I can see, you do not get credited unless they fill out all required offers but I'm not 100% certain on this.

Good question BucketBot,

Yes, you should always be credited for whatever leads are completed. So, for example, if you set the locker to require 4 conversions before accessing the content then the user completes 2 of them, you'll receive 2 credits. However, the user won't gain access since they need to do whatever you specify.

Keep in mind that this tends to work best only with apps enabled. Most users won't complete 4 surveys. The other note here would be that they need to install and launch the app. What happens a lot of the time for users who are hit with a requirement of 4 and only complete 2 is that they never launch the app. As you know, the only complete 2 in your example, that means they leave frustrated and abandon the process. When that happens, a person usually isn't too happy and they tend to just uninstall without ever launching or trying the app and most apps require a launch.
