Does it work with "Pure Spam" Manual Penalty? Like the one below

Pages on this site appear to use aggressive spam techniques such as automatically generated gibberish, cloaking, scraping content from other websites, and/or repeated or egregious violations of Google’s Webmaster Guidelines

Super impressed, having paid a lot more for another site that got hit, this service was cheaper so I tried it out with one of my spam sites. Have to say the report they sent to google was super professional (better than what I experienced before), and google indeed removed the penalty on the first request. Super impressed and wish I found this service first! Good Job and great communication throughout, thanks!
