A little while back, the developer asked me to write a brief review of his TMB! I said I would and one thing led to another and I'm finally getting around to it! Below is a mixture of a REVIEW and a little rant. I give the "good" and some "ideas to make it even better".
Review & Suggestions:
Enjoying both the TMB and IG Bot....I've tried "a good number" of these types of bots......but to honest, these bots work with a higher degree of reliability than most. They also represent good value for money! The support is pretty solid, something you can't say of all of them too.
These are seriously professional bots and worth your investment and time!
Two suggestions for future development:
1) It would be nice to be able to upload, ie manually post, to both your Twitter and IG A/C's using the bot itself. This would make the entire thing seamless, all coming off a single proxy, entered one time.
ie,
i) Select the desired account
ii) Sign-in
iii) Upload your own message/image as desired. [Maybe both bots CAN Already do this and I'm still to discover this feature - both bots are jammed packed with great functionality.]
In a nutshell, it would be great to run the entire account off the ONE Platform! Both manual sign-in ability and marketing ability.
2) This flows from "iii" above - the developer owes it to himself and his clients, to go out and get someone to SPEAK people through a FULL Length Training Video [if he does not wish to do it himself]. A training video, of EVERY function your bots can do and how to use them - that's your current "vulnerable point" and your "secret sauce" just waiting to be added to this great bot recipe!
Your bots are seriously potent, but your client doesn't "magically know them" - a full length training video is a must - in the description to the training video, put the times at which different topics are covered. So the ONE video, can be both a full training session and also people can jump to specific things if they just want a quick refresher on a particular function.
I'd suggest you get a professional "speaking voice", that can present information clearly and in almost "dot point" form, no "ahm'ing and ahrr'ing"! It should be along the lines of "to do this....follow these steps...." keep it to the point! NO background music is another suggestion please! People want to focus on the training and only the training!
If you did that, you'll likely double to treble your product appeal....you're adding smart value for your customers!
Quality bots already and they should keep getting better!
They are worth your investment! For the both customer and the developer.
