stupid question, the pop3 only emails, can they receive emails before being set up on the mail client? what i means is if i use them and emails are being sent to them will the emails be returned undelivered if they are not set up on pop3 yet?

When we say pop3 it means we can access the emails using the pop functionality..

It will have no effect on the account and the mail client should still recieve mails.
