I think you need to clear your cookies to etc. Use different browsers, proxies etc. Aint easy but doable.
And yes, if you need to verify account again i advise to use the same phone number as they were created with. Then just do a voice verification. The seller could skype you the code. I would be only interested in phone verified accounts and I have to get the guarantee that whenever issues arise that the phone number set can be used. that is just my opinion.

reverification should not be a problem since the accounts are already old you should be able to login to them without any security page..

Reverification usually happens only when these is any suspecious activity with the account like spamming with them if not they are good to go.
