So once again I am asking you what happened? The problem is that I haven't used my VPS in a while, so there would be no reason to block it due to any reason. Moreover, I've paid for it, so again no reason to suspend my service. Yet, why I cannot access it? This is not the first time this is happening, but at least back then you answered me and replaced my server. I am posting these proofs here and I am asking you publicly to restore my acces to my server, because I have important data stored there, which I really need at this moment. Normally, I wouldn't be so upset and I would simply not use your service anymore, but once again I NEED THOSE FILES.

I was lucky enough to be given a review copy. The VPS was setup within 1 hour after OP messaged me.


Spec of the machine was similar to "VPS 3 Package": Win Server 2012 R2 Standard / 5 CPU / 6GB ram / 20GB disk / ~700 mbps downlink


Initially i could not install .net framework 3.5 that was required by my app. According to OP it should be installed via the server manager. But he quickly installed it for me.


I did non-stop scraping for 4 days. No issues encountered whatsoever. Connection was super fast. Machine was more than adequate for the task. No downtime encountered.


PROS:
- cheap price for the spec
- very good communication
- fast support


CONS:
- none so far. I will update this if i encountered one


Given the chance, I would definitely extend the service for my scraping gigs, SEO and mailing campaigns.

Well, I received a 6GB, 6 core CPU VPS review copy from HomieOC and I'm here to review it:

The connection speed of his servers are OUTSTANDING, I was able to scrape thousand of public proxies in seconds and with that I could reach 90k (!) urls per minute in GScraper, seriously.

There has been no downtime and I've been scraping for like 3 or more days, which is great. No cons at all, this guy is awesome

I have ordered the vps2 package and I decided to even get my own cpanel license. He answered around 10 replies PRIOR TO ME EVEN BUYING. He treated me as a customer although I wasn't one. He truly helped.

I can't say much thing for speed yet but I am sure if support treats you like someone professional should, then I am sure that their speed and stability would rock too.

I'm sorry about that. We are working with our billing software "WHMCS" to resolve a bug we have suffered. A couple tickets created in January are not showing up in our system endless we actually have the ticket number so since you provided it I was able to reply. The Bug happened after a WHMCS Update in January, and WHMCS should have a fix soon for our own help desk.

Now, About two months ago or even longer we had notified every customer that we were going to down size our VPS Customer Base So we can provide the best support possible. Our Goal is to make enough money to make some profit but keep small so we can have the best support possible. Companies when they get big like host gator size they basically don't have the same support that a smaller company like us do. We get personal with our customers, and a big company just can't do that!!

So we notified all customers, and said to please Email, contact us on live chat, and or open a support ticket if you want to keep your vps server. We had changed our Terms Of Service, and also changed the VPS Plans around quite a bit and so we decided to let customers know and decide if they wanted to remain a customer after such a big change we were doing.

98% of the customers contacted us, and asked to stay. We never received a email, Live Chat Request, and Or a Support ticket after we had notified you so we figured you didn't want to keep the VPS server. You ended up contacting us 2 months after we had contacted you asking if you wanted to keep your VPS with all the spec changes.


Now.. We have your VPS Server Backed up, and have all the data still 2 and a half months after notifying you of our change. We purposely did this in case something like this happened

If your site broke the DMCA we would suspend the site, and once we got your attention we would un-suspend it so you can then remove the copyrighted content right away. We would never just terminate a clients account / website!
