discovered this service in summer.
successfully used it for 3+ month (vps1 & vps2).
at first support was great (replied to tickets almost immediately).
but in october i couldn`t access vps & created ticket.
they still didn`t reply to it (almost 1.5 month)!!!

Hello,
I Just did some Looking. Firstly.. The Reason your vps was off is because of a overdue/ late payment you had never made. We send out invoice reminders early also to try to remind clients that the bill is due.
Here's the pic of your invoice.

Now for not receiving a reply. In October it was October 18th or 19th I believe we were having some issues with our whmcs ticket system. We had contacted WHMCS maker, and had the staff look into what was causing some issues with not receiving some clients tickets, and we corrected it within a few days. Which would have been around 25th or 26th of October I believe.

We weren't aware of this issue until two clients contacted us via live chat.

Either way I'd like to apologize, and say that we never intentionally ignored you.

Can the php version be selected on your shared packages?
What version of mysql are your shared servers on?

1. yesterday when i posted here on thread in my admin panel of your hosting next due date was 23.10, not 22, as now...
2. i used your services for some months and know that vps can be active without payment for some days.
3. when i send you ticket on 23.10 i have almost 24 hours to use.

Hmm. Thats strange for me it says 22th. Once again Like I said my apologizes we all make mistakes. The bugs we had in WHMCS were corrected though. Also if there are 31 days in a month and not 30 I believe it does move the dates back and forth.

I could make a customized plan for you if you'd like. Just a note... I just upgraded our web servers to cloud linux, and setting it up so each own user can select the php version they want to use via there cpanel

EDIT: Done, you can now choose every php version almost. when you host with us, each user can use the versions in image below:

I have to commend the support provided here. I asked for upgraded php versions and 3 hours later they updated their entire system. I really appreciate this type of customer care. Thanks again.
 
I been customer for around a year now. I've never had any problem with AB-Hosting. They alway respond to my tickets quickly and he really
give his customers good deal but with quality one thing is he dont oversell. I have vps server modified with special specs alot ram.


I never had issues with his vps servers. I been also using his reseller hosting for 6 month, and that also has been amazing.
Even adding php selector today just 48 hours after some people asked for it which is amazing. The owner go out his way to help customers and he really truly care.


his hosting isn't bout money he just enjoys bringing quality products for lower price because he want to offer
what others wont. I really appreciate owner
