I opened the ticket. This is their reply: i pinged the domain name and it isn't hosted on our server. Also the cpanel isn't our server. Please contact whoever is hosting that website sir.

Now I am confused. I spoke to you on Skype and you moved 2 domains for me to A-B hosting, including this one, that is down at the moment.
Where did you move them?

domain loads perfectly fine for me, and I tried it from 3 different servers. Also, Like the staff said in the ticket you need to contact the hosting provider since it's not hosted on our servers.

We did a WHOIS on your domain from the ip after pinging it, and it looks like its hosted on godaddy. So please contact godaddy.

Looks like You more then likely didn't change your domains name servers to our name servers though since it's still pointing to godaddy.

Resolved! Client didn't use our name servers and was pointing to godaddy's name servers. If your a soon to be customer please make sure to use our name servers.
