Just bought a Windows VPS-4 server at promo rate. For those specs, the price is really cheap especially so with that nice discount. PMed OP here and he began setting up the vps while I make the order on the site. Ordered the server and got the login details just few minutes after.


The vps is fast and responsive, all set up and working as it should. Max speed around 800Mbps/900Mbps (Down/Up) on nearest test server. Haven't looked into the control panel much but I imagine it will be useful for the remote boot options and usage report. Also, OP's response and support is swift and he highlighted my concerns before I even got a chance to ask. Everything looks good so far. :D

                                                                                                                                                                                              I've canceled the service on 9/28 and recieved a cancellation confirmation in my email   . Even though I got the confirmation in the email and it stated the  service will end on 9/30 it still renewed. I contacted support and asked  them to cancel the service and refund me my money. I havn't heard from  them at all, but they did refund me a 29.99 credit balance. I asked them  to refund me through PP since I needed the money and it should the  money should have never left my account. . I still havn't heard back from their support so I decided to open another ticket  . A few hours later I noticed their live chat was up they straight up  ignored me. I went to their site on a different ip and acted like I was  interested in purchasing a vps and sure enough they were replying back.  Here are pictures of my chat sessions  .  I was going to wait a few days before filing a dispute until I got a  response, but since they were clearly ignoring me and terminating the  chat I decided to open a dispute through paypal. Few hours later I  finially hear back from ab-hosting from my second ticket request

Yes, we solved it. His service was cancelled.... but because he didn't cancel his paypal subscription with us it renewed which is out of our control since the buyer is responsible to cancelling his subscription inside his own paypal. He even stated we refunded him. About ignoring him.. We never did, and we explained why he had gotten charged, and then that's when I refunded him.

Not everyone realizes you need to make sure to cancel subscriptions inside paypal ( We now remind customers to make sure they cancelled subscription inside paypal if any don't plan on renewing.) . It isn't ok to spam/ slander someone from your own mistake.

He left out the fact he was trying to ddos our website, and was spamming our help desk with over 30+ tickets every 10 minutes. Also, including mainly spamming live support which i then had to take over because he wasted more then $30 of my own money paying my live support from spamming it even after receiving a full refund. He would join live chat as a interested customer and did this for about two days straight, and yes this was after we refunded him. Some people aren't stable.

Great first experience, I just made a reseller account, the account creation features where missing so I opened a support ticket, 2 min after they had both fixed it and responded back, that is support I like.
