So 32 days I have only received 3 articles of 9. I asked for a refund and response was he has no money. So I paid but did not receive my order or a refund. How is this not a scam?

I had the same experience, but it took longer.... I did manage to get a refund when I filed a paypal dispute. The worst content service I ever used, because I got very little content.This thread should be CLOSED and the seller banned.

Update, order was completed. It took about 45 days instead of the 14 days promised.
Quality was actually pretty good, so your experience will probably depend upon how long the articles take to write.
