You learned the hard way. From the skype log you are clearly impatient and inexperienced. This is the sole reason why people recommend starting IM with something like YT and PPD... BECAUSE IT'S FREE. Just because you heard you could earn with PPC and see others earning big doesn't mean you can jump right in.

Not only this, but you didn't even provide a working credit card.

No matter how you look at it, if you don't know what a .rar file is, then you really have some learning to do. It is your fault for wasting money like OP said you would.

You can either sit here, get mad and act like everyone is out to get you, or you can sit down and read for two weeks straight and play with free methods. That's up to you.

Well they have scammed and insulted me. They refuse to update the cc that got declined with the new one. I can post a record of our chat with threats to get me banned and insults against my gender and age, but really, what is the point?
