Also I wanted to ask is there a way we can setup our own personal videos to the site that are not uploaded to the major sites?
 
Do these have category support? Last time I bought an adult tube site (not yours), videos were on the front page and when clicking on category, for example "Amateur" it showed up as a blank page.
 
A few people have bought these sites and said they'd post again after a month with their earnings, etc etc. I'm still waiting to read those..I'm curious how much people have monetized these kinda sites.
 
Well, keep in mind google hate this kind of websites so positioning this kind of website it's hard/horrible, so forget organic searches... you need to do some "dirty" job behind to get traffic, it's not coming alone, as he's cloning websites with just videos... could be thousands of same websites.. just my 5 cents.
