I can get 10000 links from fiverr for $5. You charge $5 for 500 links of which only a fraction will probably index.

In Fiverr gigs, guys use a fixed list to blast everytime, but I scrape links based on the keywords so the links become as much relevant as possible to client's niche. Moreover, you can get PR1+ links from me relevant to your niche.
