Awesome plugin! I have a question regarding the links you can input to be liked from your site, does it have to be a fanpage, or could it for instance be a 'post' where it makes someone "like" the post? @shezboy

Hi @Byhax Tech, I have just been made aware of this matter by the support desk member who was dealing with your query. Please accept my apologies for the delay in updating your ticket with the relevant information. The cause of this was identified and dealt with accordingly.
We'll put our hands up when we get it wrong and on this occasion it was a case of staff from one dept not speaking to the staff in the other dept in an acceptable time frame. Someone should have made me aware of the matter sooner as well so I could have taken charge of the matter. The buck stops with me and I apologise for the delay in things.
As the issue seems to be something outside of our control I have instructed the help desk team member to process your refund asap and they are just waiting for you to confirm the email address you used when purchasing the plugin. Side note to BHW members asking for discount codes: We only have a limited number of codes and these do expire which means if you ask for a code and don't use it then it will expire and you'll miss out. We are also now giving out one code per BHW member only, so if yours expires you won't be able to get another. If you ask for a code and don't plan on using it then all you are doing is causing someone else to miss out.
We may at any time change the discount percentage offered to BHW members or stopped providing discounts altogether.

Hi, I have sent you a discount code to use. From our vast knowledge of Like Jacking, gained over the last 6 years, we know that FB very rarely take any action against the FB page that is receiving the Likes. It is much easier for FB to target the site where the Like Jacking is taking place.
FB aren't always able to link the owner of a FB page to the owner of the site where the Like Jacking is taking place. For that reason they don't tend to take any action against the FB page. During the last 6 years we have never had a page take down or heard of a customer having a FB page taken down due to Like Jacking.
