I haven't needed to but I know that you would need to wait until your ads have been approved and running for a few days before you install the Like Jacker on your site. This is especially so if you're going to use FB ads.

I have an issue. If I visit my site in incognito mode, I get asked to log into Facebook when the modal show.

Using incognito mode blocks cookies and everything else that the plugin uses to detect if a user is logged in to FB or not. It basically confuses the plugin and it shows the popup. The number of those who use private browsing modes it tiny so there's only a very tiny chance that someone will arrive at your site in private browsing mode.

Without knowing anything other than you have bought a FB Like Jacker, that you have used for four hours and that you have stated the generic phrase "it's not working anymore", from my years of experience of Like Jacking I am going to opt for the answer of;

"Maybe you didn't read the 'best practise' guide that we give to customers of the Like Jacker. I am going to continue with this thinking and go as far to say that you set the Jacker up on your site to Like Jack 100% of your traffic and over the next 4 hours you jacked so many visitors that you raised a flag at FB who realised that a sudden surge of Likes coming from your website was unusual. And when that happens FB place a 'confirm like' button on your site which no one sees because the Like Jacking is going on in the background which means none of the likes will now get registered with FB".

What also makes me think that you didn't read the help and advice guides is that fact that you posted here for support/advice rather than opening a ticket at the support desk as advised in the welcome email and user guide. We can't and won't provide support on this thread as we require your license key so we can validate your ownership of the plugin and you really don't want to be posting your license key here for everyone else to see and use
