I'm trying to buy with a bank card through PayPal. But I get an error that I can not buy it. After each error 1dol removed from my card ;((((

While I am fairly intelligent and learning in college but, I think your thinging my writing look like a scam from Africa. What a pity that the school not learned English good for my.

i got the plugin and the license key!
But the thing is when i try to activate, it say setting saved, but the status show inactive

This is an important update regarding our plugins, server and licensing
Recently we moved to a new hosting company due to the previous one letting us down. There was some downtime caused while moving but everything was sorted and once we were at the new host everything ran perfectly right up until someone decided to target us for a server attack which has caused some issues.
As some may hove noticed, these issues meant there is a delay in issuing license keys and download links to new customers. We apologize for this and it's something that will be resolved shortly.
If you have PM'd me I will reply to you shortly but as you can imagine there are a number of PM's to reply to and Haspel has been busy with Skype contact too.
The tech and code team have worked like constantly on this and not only did the identify the issue and how it happened but they also identified who was behind it too. Right now I should be biting my tongue and showing the professional side but screw it.
I'd like to point out that we know who did this, we know where they are online and where they go online.
Karma is a wonderful thing but knowledge and information is even better.
As soon as there is another update for this issue I will post on this thread. If you are waiting for your license key and download links they will be sent to you as soon as we are back up with the server. We won't be long but we will be ready.

Problem with updating to the new version of FB like jacking and Link ninja. After clicking the update, the plugins have been automatically deleted from the server. The error message shows that the plugin has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

I appreciate the server was offline which meant the support desk was offline but as that has been resolved please raise the ticket with the help desk so it can be managed properly.

Thanks - life is a bitch and people are dicks but that's just business I guess. Can I ask that you open a ticket at the desk to get a download link to the latest version which will resolve the issue you're facing. I need your license key when you create the ticket as that allows me to find your order and generate a new download link.

UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
As you will have read on this thread, we have indeed suffered an attack on our server which has lead to use taking some extra measures and also changing the way our plugins work with the licensing server. This is why, in part, the server was offline for slightly longer but it is for the long term benefit of our customers.
The help desk at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ was also offline for a while but that is now back up and I ask that if you have any tech issues then please create a ticket at the desk. We simply can't, and won't, provide any support via this thread or via PM's sent to either Haspel or myself.
Everything related to product support must go via the support desk at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/

If it's automatic likes, how is it different than bot generated likes on FB ?

Hiya My license has become inactive and im unable to to submit a ticket as when I complete the fields and then press submit it just goes back to a blank ticket submission screen with no confirmation that the ticket has been submitted or even any form of acknowledgement. Can you explain whats going on?

1) This doesn't automatically Like Jack
2) It Like Jacks your websites visitors who are logged in to their FB accounts which means every Like that it gets is from a genuine FB user.
These are just 2 things which set the Like Jacker apart from some cheap ass, spammy little bot

Hi, I am not too sure why you're experiencing that issue as I am just tested the support desk by creating a ticket as a new user and it worked exactly as expected

All day? Are you saying that you emailed and created a ticket first thing today and no one has replied to you?
I have replied to over 70 emails today so please let me know where you sent your email to. There are also no emails that have not been replied to, even though it is Sunday.
Also feel free to PM me your ticket ID as well so I can see how long it's been since you submitted the ticket. If you wish to post about a lack of support then at least provide information of how long you've been waiting for a reply.
