Shezboy, first of all, thank you soo much man for introducing such a great set of wordpress plugins to us. I purchased Follow Jacker, Like Jacker, Ad Injector, Video Ad Splasher and G+ Jacker two days back. Among them, I only tested follow jacking ninja, like jacker and g+ jacker (not with heavy traffic though) and those worked beyond my expectations. I am impressed with the functionality and accuracy of these tools but I am not writing all this to endorse those anyhow. Why? Because, those are just wp-plugins and functionality entirely depends on certain factors like server configuration, wordpress configuration, methods of getting traffic, sources we use to get traffic etc. In my case, the functionality is stable so far and I am expecting the same in future as well.
What I liked most; are the people behind those tools. Guys, just want to share that in the beginning, I faced some difficulties in license activation and I sent a PM to the vendor and got redirected to their support desk. I lost the charm of using these tools thinking (if support desk is the only way to get support in the case of trouble, this deal is not for me). Still, I contacted their support desk for 2 reasons 1) there is no other tool/complete bundle with the same functionality (in my knowledge) and 2) I had already planned the use of these tools on a number of domains which my VA is already working on. In any way, I had to...
A piece of code is nothing like "one size fits all"... but in this case; the level of customer service I got from them was extremely wonderful. Yes, honestly it was... Unlike some other help desks (not all of course) where I felt "robots with generic messages are assisting me and telling me to click here and go there" sort of things, there were real and sensible people sitting behind the screen who even offered me some programming help as well J
For instance; as I said, I was not able to activate this plugin (because of the JS was cached by my cache plugin), I gave them access to my test site and everything got sorted in minutes. Support manager shared the reason of that problem, warned using JS cache to prevent malfunctioning in case of heavy traffic and solution to use Cache + Like jacking plugin at the same time.
That wasn't the end & the person who was assisting me through that support desk, assured if things go wrong, their programmers with be available to optimize the needful. Some out there may have a better support mechanism but the ones I faced during most of my purchases, support managers were not that much dedicated to resolve my issues. I am writing this review because I myself come from a customer support background and know how support agencies trick people and improve their KPI score doing surveys and all...
My rating may not give value to some but, since I bought these tools and currently using them; I would rate this vendor as:
1. Tools functionality 10/10 (because I got what I expected and paid for)
2. Complaint escalation: Instant (from PM to Support desk)
3. Resolution TAT (2 hours, 7 messages including testing, resolution, suggestions and future assurance).
4. Magnanimity: 10/10.
Overall satisfaction: For these 5 tools (I bought under 100 bucks), I am extremely satisfied!

Well you can set a specific time to jack likes for and lower the jacking % of the G+ to make them work better with each other and dont annoy the user too much if you would like more information on this please open a ticket with our tech support
