I understood visitors have to be logged in to facebook to get likejacked. What if a mobile visitor is logged in on the mobile facebook app, do they get a likejack?

Maybe it's depends on different factors but how much likejacks would a website of 500 unique visitors a month produce on average you think?

Hi, yes the visitor has to be logged in to their FB account so they can be like jacker and the plugin can detect those visitors which is why it ignores those who are not logged in to a FB account when they visit your site.

Those who access FB via an app can't be like jacked as they are visiting FB inside of an app rather than a web browser. However, not everyone uses the FB app from a mobile device. Users of a phone tend to use the app but not the vast majority and those using tablets/iPads still use the browser instead of the app.

As for answering the 3rd part of your question, there are too many variables in it to give an answer as it comes down to a sites traffic. Remember, the visitor needs to be logged in to a FB account when visiting. That's the most important factor in this.
