Hello, I've purchased the plug-in but imhaving trouble to make the modal box appear, I opened a ticket but I still havent get any response, I would like to know what changes are needed in order to make the modal box pop up even if the person already visited the page or has already liked it. I mean I want the modal box to show up on every post/page reload, please!

Hi, we simply can't provide support via this thread for the reasons we've stated numerous times previously. Opening the ticket is the best thing to do and the only way to get support.

Getting the modal box to show up on every page load is not something the Jacker is designed to do and not the way you want it to work either. It pops up the once, Like Jacks your visitor and then they never see it again. That's the way it is designed to work.

Support will explain in more detail with regards to this on your ticket.

Thanks for the quick reply, the thing is the modal box is not showing when people is already logged in to Facebook on the same browser, it only pops up when you have no facebook session active, and then when you close it it will ask for facebook login, I just wanted to load the box on every reload just as a "dirty fix". I know the plug-in is not designed like that.

There isn't a need for a "dirty fix" for this as this is something that support will explain why this is happening and the solution to it. It's a simple fix and not an actual fault of the plugin. As I said, support will assist you with this as that is what we have the support desk for.
