Hi, that's not something which can be avoided and it doesn't usually cause an issue as people don't normally hover the cursor over the close button long enough for the tooltip to show.

Can't get it to work
Anyone know for any good themes for an information type site that works with this?
Hi, can you elaborate what you mean by "can't get it to work"? There are some themes which interfere with some of the options that the Jacker offers to execute the Like Jack but the Modal Box option is the one which is the most compatible.
