My honest review.

I couldn't see any visible sign the plugin was working. Support helped and showed me screenshots of them trying it on my site, but I could not get a like to register in any account, or using any of my sites.

However, the like count did go up on a test page by a few, so I think it works *sometimes*.

The plugin conflicts with a few others, such as a couple of WPMU plugins, so I had to remove the facejacker js file to get it to work.

Pros:

Price.
Support does get back to you, although it's not comprehensive.
Seems to work sometimes, but I have yet to see it happen during a test.

Cons:
Conflicts with some themes and plugins
No visible signs it is working and count going up could have been natural

I'll stick with it and see how it goes.

As you said, the support team demonstrated the plugin working and provided you with screenshots of them being Like Jacked by the plugin at your site and the number of Likes for the page also increased. The support team are very experienced with the use of the plugin and know it inside out which means they know exactly how to test the plugin correctly. When it comes to testing the plugin it is important that the settings are correct to ensure the plugin will Like Jack you.

If the plugin is working then it is working - if it isn't working then it isn't working. There is no in between situation where it chooses to work sometimes and not others so I'd like to put your mind at rest in thinking that the plugin sometimes stops working when it chooses

It is very easy to choose a setting in the plugin that can cause it not to Like Jack you which, when you're testing if it is working, it can appear the plugin isn't working. However, what is actually happening is the plugin is just doing as it's been instructed and that is to not jack you. This is why it's important that you have not chosen any settings which may cause the plugin to ignore you when you visit your own site during testing.

The support team understand this better than anyone else, and quite rightly that they do, so they are best placed to check the plugin is working correctly and from what I read here that is what they did. I do read the email conversations between customers and support staff and I can say that they are very comprehensive in what they do. If they were not then I'd tell them straight as customer care is of paramount importance to us here. We value our customers

To round off and cover your last point regarding the point you raised of "No visible signs it is working and count going up could have been natural" - the support team checked it was working and sent you screen shots of it working on your site with them being Like Jacked. I want to repeat this point to give you peace of mind about the plugin working.

Hi, firstly may I thank you for purchasing the Like Jacker plugin, we appreciate your business. You're correct that there are a small number of themes that can conflict with what the plugin does which is unfortunate and it is a far from ideal scenario when the theme that you like and want to use causes the a plugin as unique as the like jacker to not be able to to its job.

The Like Jacker is quite a unique plugin. As far as we're aware it is the only Like Jacker that's available as a WP plugin and it does a very specific task this is rather black hat and for that reason we are often restricted in the way we can code it. It is already having to play nicely with the way FB is set up to circumvent the standard process of getting a Like from FB users without alerting the FB user as to what is going on.

It is because of this that we are often limited with options to force the Like Jacker to work with every WP theme currently out there.

However, our dedicated customer support team will leave no stone unturned and no avenue unexplored when it comes to trying to resolve the issue you have raised with them. And should it be that there are no other alternatives then we will happily buy back your license by way of issuing you a full refund.

We, as much as you, would prefer it if that last option can be avoided as we understand how much value you see in the plugin which was the reason for your purchasing it in the first place.

I want to ask might sound mad but it a question needs to be answered.

If i set up a campaign as my money site, but it don't work over a 5 weeks, no money, so it scraped.
can we reset the domain to another within the program or your end.

so if i get the deal for 10 websites, and i delete one my end. can i add another domain thru the script your providing.

Hi , John, it's not a mad question And the answer is yes. If you have the 10 site license, for example, you can install it on 10 sites. If you decide to stop using it on one of those sites you simply deactivate the license from inside the WP admin panel >> Like Jacker settings. You can then install it on a different domain. You can freely swap your license between sites as often you like but it will only ever work on a maximum of 10 sites at the same time.
