This plugin did nothing but freeze my site and increased my bounce rate because users would leave from modal box not working. Support said it was issue because of my theme (even though its highly professional theme). When I asked which themes should I use support never responded. I asked twice which theme should I use and they never responded.
I know the plugin has potential but it was really buggy and support was not very good.

We're always more than happy to receive feedback about all of our products regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative as this brings about a transparency which is sometimes lacking in reviews. Firstly let me apologise for the negative experience that you experienced with the Like Jacker which you have explained in your post.
I have looked over your email conversation with the support desk who dealt with the issues you raised and I can see that they did reply to you each time and offered an explanation as to what was causing the issue and a solution to it.
As you explained in your email to them you could not change the theme that you were using which left the support team the only option of offering you a refund which was processed by myself
From reading the support emails I can see that they didn't ignore you at any point and, as they always do, remained totally professional even after you referred to the plugin as "a piece of shit" while asking for a refund. I would be more than happy, with your permission, to publish the email conversations that you had with our support desk but would obviously remove any personal/private information from those emails beforehand. This includes the admin login details to your blog that you provided to our support team so they could log in to your WP admin to troubleshoot the issue for you.
The Like Jacker does a very specific job and because of this it has to do it a certain way. This is a very Black Hat plugin and the only one that we know of that is publicly available which does what it does. Due the nature of the plugin and the job that it does we can't guarantee that it will work with every WP theme or plugin that is out there today.
As I said before, I am sorry that the plugin didn't work out for you using the theme that you currently use and you have received a full refund of your purchase.
Thank you for trying the Like Jacker and if you wish to use the plugin again on another site that uses a different WP theme then I would happily welcome you back as a customer.

Thanks for your question. As I haven't used the theme you mentioned I can't say if it will interfere with the plugin or not. The number of themes that are incompatible with the plugin are few and far between compared to the number of WP themes that exist today.
What I can tell you is that if you find the plugin doesn't work with the theme you have and you can't use a different theme for your blog then I'll happily buy back your license by refunding your purchase with no hard feelings. I will PM you a 50% discount code right after posting this reply.
