the issue according to him is that my php 5.2 is the problem.....

well i tried to update to php 5.5 BUT... i'm using apache 2.2..... there is no apache2.2 support for php5.5

so i will need to upgrade apache2.2 too to apache 2.4

in short words... to many changes for a plugin....

can you compilate a version for php 5.2?

How can you claim that support is now the problem. I've spent the day chasing around your continual posts on this thread without you giving a straight answer and jumping from one thing to another. Then you have done the same thing on PM and in email to support.

You said you didn't have the license key but that was impossible as you had downloaded the plugin and the email that has the download link also has the license key. When I pointed that out to you you still claimed you didn't have the license key and instead you tried to install the plugin which gave you an issue as you hadn't put in the license key. That was explained to you.

Then you posted that you have a blank screen on the settings page and you asked for a refund. The solution to the blank settings page was given to you and I offered you a refund but I needed your PayPal email which you didn't provide.

Then you PM and post here the exact same thing that you want the coder to recode the entire plugin to work with PHP 5.2 and when I said that couldn't be done I again offered to give you your money back.

It's now at the point where I think you're just trolling the thread and via PM as support was offered to you every step of the way with solutions that you won't accept. There are no other option available apart from giving you a refund.

So, please can you PM me with your PayPal so I can process your refund. If you don't and you continue to post on the thread in the same manner I will report your posts to a moderator because we are out of options on this and I am offering you a refund which is the only available option to this.

You can't/won't update the version of PHP on your web hosting and we're unable to recode the plugin on a one off basis to work with PHP version 5.2

I don't think I am being unreasonable with the offered solution.

just that, it says nothing about the php version.
Anyway, if you have good service you should care about your costumers and try to fix the problem,
can you send me a working version for php 5.2?

In the userguide we also cover this and the blank screen issue that you had. I have explained in my last post and via a PM that we can't make a version of the plugin that is backwards compatible with PHP 5.2 and the only option available is to give you a refund which I am trying to do.

There are no other options left. Obviously we care about our customers and we support them which also why there has been so much communication between us. So, please, can you PM me with your PayPal email so I can process your refund.

anyway, i cannot use your plugin, if this continue i would like a refund, i paid for 10 websites licence and so far it was just a waste of time and money
