You know that your emails are being replied to and I have explained here that all support issues are dealt with via email and not on this thread. Posting your support requests on this thread, after already emailing them to support (who are dealing with things), serves no other purpose other than bloating this thread with unnecessary posts.
Please bear in mind that support doesn't work 24 hours a day and there is obviously a time zone difference from where you are and where support are based. When you mail support at 6pm your time it probably isn't 6pm their time. It could be 1am.
So not getting a reply back to an email within 5 hours isn't really something to cause alarm or a reason to come back to this sales thread to post a reminder that you have emailed support and they haven't replied to you for 5 hours.
Support reply to all emails and deal with all issues that arise with each customers setup but support doesn't work 24 hours a day. Please allow them a reasonable amount of time to reply to you. And, again, may I ask that you stop repeatedly posting on this thread to let me know that you have emailed support. It's not necessary.

Hi, we set up one of our sites as a demo just for the video. If we gave out the URL of the site we know that someone would report it to FB who would then mark our site for the blacklist.
The pages that you're going to get Likes for don't need any special requirements of previous Likes etc but if has some then that's great. The Jacker has settings that give you full control over how many likes you get each day and the rate of those likes too. Just these two controls will allow you to keep the number of likes you get each day to a low level and remain under the radar with Facebook.
And yes, the plugin has always worked correctly - posts on this thread about it not working were simply down to user error which support corrected and advised.

Hi, the solution to this is already provided in the user PDF guide that all customers are asked to read before using the plugin. In the welcome email that you received (the one that contained your license key) there is a link to the user video guide and the user PDF.

For your convenience, the solution to what you're experiencing is to simply add the country code of AF in to the Jackers Geo targeting settings and click save.
