Jonnyboy, this would be the page rank of the root URL. The root URL is where the juice comes from, just like any other web 2.0 property site.

We use forums,blogs,wikis,guestbooks etc.

While i like the service you are offering and would like to use the same perhaps for myself, I would like to say that your concept there is wrong.The juice comes from the page that has your link and not from the root url of the site. If that were the case as you say, people wouldnt want to keep there link exchange pages deep rooted and would have made there homepage there link exchange page as well...

The PR value ( aka link juice) is dependent solely on the PR of the page , and google assigns each page a PR , not just the root. However, each page of a site also gains from the root PR as they are somehow connected to the main page, though its only a small fraction which would vary with the depth of the page.

Well everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But, you can't argue with results.

You need to do some research on Angela's list and others. Find out why it's so popular.

I'm not going to go into a debate about something that's been proven to work. The link juice come from the root domain. PERIOD!

The links are placed on inside pages of high PR site.

The PR still passes through because it's from a PR site.
You do NOT need to have your link on a home page of a PR site in order to receive the benefits or the pr.

Just like when you place an article on Ezinearticles or on Craigslist, the page that your article or ads is placed on has no PR at all.

But it still shows up on the first page of Google, especially if you've used your keywords in the title. This happens because you are using the PR power of the High PR site's root domain.

For even further proof of this....Google "Buy Viagra" this will really cook your noodle.

That's the whole principle of web 2.0 marketing. Also, see any works from Howie Schwartz. His whole marketing strategy relies on borrowing the PR power or High PR web 2.0 properties. And it works!

To answer your question, not all forums allow anchor text. The moderators change settings on their boards all the time. Whenever we harvest new HIGH PR links we're getting some forums that will allow anchor and some that won't but as long as you have the link placed there, is the most important thing.

If you've used your keywords in the title of your site, anchor text on these links don't matter. You need a one-way link pointing to your URL from a HIGH PR authority site.

It's hard to say exactly when they'll get crawled, that's totally up to the search engines. But most people report seeing the get indexed within a week or so.

And you can check those links either by logging into them or by using a links checker, like Yahoo site explorer.
