Yes we can work with Thai KWs and actually worked with Thai sites before. However, we'll be needing the contents from you. Otherwise, the contents will be written in English. We can also use the translator to come up with Thai contents however, the translation may not be that accurate.

Got a report via google docs, and the skype support was pretty good. Links good good quality, not just automated crap created in a few hours.

I'm very impressed with the quality & would recommend George/Joe's Services Anyday!
