Honestly I wouldn't recommend it because everything SPP does is optimized for services. And we're not planning to add any options for physical products (like stock, shipping, sizes, weights etc).
 
Ok so I've tested SPP, it's really amazing how they have so many features in such an inexpensive package :
  • You can sell you services through there from your website, I integrated 2checkout and Paypal which I couldn't do on many subscription management softwares
  • You can manage your service delivery and subscription directly from the platform
  • You can offer support from SPP, linked to your email and your URL, that's just epic for the price they offer
  • Their support is legendary, the fastest answering support I encountered on BHW. From 8am to 11pm in my timezone they answered in less than 10min. How in the hell do you do that !!!
  • Easy to configure, took me a few hours to add all services, post order forms, and all integrations
  • you can personalize emails : follow ups - new purchase - abandoned cart (worth gold!) etc...
  • You have an affiliate system built in
The reactivity and helpfulness of their team is amazing, I aspire to offer the same kind of service to my client now. Thanks Chris and James.

Hello, I'm looking at this for my business. I see with the lower package we have 1 staff account. Does that mean for team members, we all have to use the same account to retrieve orders? Also, do you have any current promotions going on?

The Starter plan includes 1 admin account and 1 staff account for an employee or contractor. If your team is bigger then choose the next package.
