I replied to your message privately but if anyone else is wondering we do have a Zapier integration which you can use to connect to other tools like Trello. Also, every order has a notes field as well if you only want to jot down some simple bullet points.

You can still use it (some people do). Support licenses have expired by now so we wouldn't be able to install it for you or anything like that.

There are some features I have yet to take advantage of but there are some that we have implemented and I'm quite pleased with them.
