Yes, you can buy a cPanel license on our VPS. It costs addition $12/month. You can do this when you log in to a client account. On the right menu there will be "cPanel licenses" selection.

I think it would be enough to order our new VPS "Gold" plan (1.5 Core (Xeon processors), 1 GB RAM, 40 GB disk space, 3 TB bandwidth) - with 10% discount it would cost $7.65. If it is not enough, you can instantly upgrade your resources (RAM, CPU, Space etc.) anytime you want.

The servers are fine, our support guys checked that your site does not have any databases, that's why it is down. But you should try to fix these things through our live support chat and not in forums.

i want to use your VPS smtp from my software desktop for my list -don't worry not spam and my ip address shown
since it's from my desktop and not your VPS ip - , now what is the max limit per hour ? 1000 per hour okay ?
with hostgator 500 per limit for shared hosting btw , your VPS smtp enabled when purshase ? bronze package is good
for that ?

Dedicated IP in Shared hosting costs additional $4/mo or $24/year.
Our shared Platinum hosting plan has dedicated IP included in its features.
In VPS plans you get 1 free IP, and additional IP's cost is $2. The same thing goes for our Cloud hosting.
There are no limits or filters on these things in our VPS servers. But if we think, that users are spamming, we will suspend the server. VPS servers are not shared, so smtp is not pre-installed. On VPS we have clean Linux OS systems, so if you want to use smtp, you should setup up everything yourself.

We've made that coupon available to existing customers and reusable only several hours ago (based on client feedback), so if you tried to use it earlier, it should not have worked.
We've changed your plan to Gold now. There was some kind of a bug - we launched our new website and new plans 1 day before your order (2014-05-10), so sometimes these things happen.

On our VPS hosting we offer only Linux OS. But you can try our Cloud services - there you can select Windows 2003, 2008 or Windows 7 Pro.
