Do your Facebook profiles come preconfigured, meaning that they have profiles already established with pics?

If not, that's okay but I was looking for preconfigured profiles to help save me time from doing that myself.

I'm looking into buying 100 accounts but I'm new to this so may buy the 100 (if price is right) but only work with 10 accounts first to train my skills then scale up.
