I'm new to this and this is a serious question so please don't assume I'm accusing anyone of anything but if I bought a Facebook account from someone and set up my credit card on that account in order to buy ads and at some point in the future the account gets locked and requires a government ID to verify the account, how do I make sure that the person I bought the account from doesn't now log back into the account, verify the account with a government ID and then use my credit card to buy ads for themselves or worse? Should I change the password and/or immediately after buying one of these accounts (but would that bring up red flags to Facebook)? Should I just cancel my credit card if I get locked out to make sure this scenario doesn't happen?

Well 99 percent of the time no one can get your account fixed with photo ID. Because they would need a profile picture of the person looking straight and most if not all fake accounts do not have any photos that would be perfect for making fake id's to bypass the government id Block. Even fb itself with legit accounts usually ignores real government id scans it's happen to a few people I know who gave them legit passports and they still got rejected. But that being said yes for safety just cancel your cc once it happens and get a new one or get a vcc fron your bank
