well I recommend Yes, but you can always try a small order and test one account with ur ip. if it works great if not then u will need usa proxies. You can always change your channel. or if u want u can just buy emails and convert them to youtube and setup your own channel.

No you need proxies to do this, you can do max 3 per i.p to stay safe. I mean ive done 5 before but i like to do 3.
