Hey I got my account, logged into it to change my name. Then about 30 mins later I got locked out asking to submit photo ID. Do I actually submit one or not? The instructions in the FAQ weren't clear if we are to actually submit a photo or not then wait 48 hours before trying again.
The account didn't have any profile photo so I'm not sure if submitting one would even make a difference since they can't match it up?
I've had this happen to other accounts before and they are always disabled. So I'm pretty sure this account is also gone.
Any chance I could have another account? Although I'm starting to think it's almost impossible to create new Facebook accounts now cause as soon as you login from a different IP you're fucked. I wonder if a lot of legit users are also having their accounts disabled if they travel somewhere and use a completely different IP?

Had great customer support with a FB account, btw. Looking to pick up another account now. Definitely recommend.

To cut the time short, I basically want a usa pva (at the least the mobile confirmed) account and don't need any friends. Also what's HQ? Feel free to pm if you don't want to answer in here. An ig account. There's like 5 on your site I that seem like they cover what I need... Not understanding the differences.

the OP then gave me a second one to try which was in russian, put it on another fresh proxy and it asked me to submit photo ID of drivers license etc. So couldn't do anything with that either.

The second one should have worked without any problem. It doesn't matter if you're using a VM or even a Private proxy(But you need one, let me explain this).
You need a good setup - Facebook is smarter than us. They know all the tricks they have billions of dollars. They have teams looking for the list of proxies, datacenters, vpns, vps, dedicated servers. Mac addresses. Footprints ect.
You need stuff that can help spoof, block and alter this. There are programs that can help with this. not even bots can block all this unless they use the software inside their programs.
First lets start off with Proxies - 99% of sellers on here - Resell Proxies. Meaning they buy from another proxy seller and resell their proxies. All these proxies are reused there is no virgin proxies (Total lie if they say this) just matters when the last time they were abused and if they are still on the blacklist of social sites.
Your best bet is to get residential proxies or mobile proxies. but those are expensive and most people do not want to invest in them.
You could also use a program called - multiloginapp.com
Some notes.
-Dont use VPS unless your using proxies with it
-Do not use VPN - unless its a private dedicated VPN - HMA wont cut it unlike all these people want to think since its cheap
-Do not change everything on the Facebook account for a few days warm up the account. If its aged because there has been no activity on the account in years they treat it as brand new. and throws flags when u do that. but once u warm it up it will be treated as an aged account.
-If you get hit with a photo upload right of the bat consider ur proxy dead and get a new one.
-There are tons of factors to worry about when dealing with Fb. You must understand how it works. its not how it use to be. get proxy, open account do w.e. Takes some trail and error
- You have to know what Fb is tracking. From your Mac address to the time on your desktop. if your proxy is in La and your pc time says 5pm when it should be 3am for example they can detect that too.
** side note for people **
- When we say 48h warranty on Accounts it means 48h not 1 week later or 72 hours. Only 48h - We know how people use these accounts and how people try to scam us for free accounts as well.
But there is some occasion where we will change it after 48h.

I did some testing and so far all our fb accounts pass the verification test and get unlocked
We have 1 for Sale to the public anyone wants to buy please pm me. I have over 100 but we want to test a solid amount and build up our stock for selling
These will come with photo that we used to verifiy + Firefox Portable with Plugins and Cookies attached.
