About 2 months ago, I purchased 10K twitter followers, which were delivered quickly. However, since then, 7K have dropped and have not been replaced.

I've been contacting you on skype since June 24 about the drop. It's been almost a full month. If you cannot replace the dropped followers, then I expect a refund. I am posting this here, as you have been unresponsive on skype.

Can you provide an update on when you will be able to replenish the twitter followers?

If you can't replenish, I'd expect a refund for the followers that we essentially never received.
