I'm having trouble with this supplier. I'm trying to work out a problem with them but their support is poor. They either don't reply to messages on skype or they reply once and then don't respond to any follow up questions.

I'm sure it's just bad luck or because Skype is crap and doesn't always send messages, and I'll retract my statement once I get some help. But honestly I really feel like they're just ignoring me at the moment so I'd appreciate it if the owners could just help me fix my problem. I feel like posting here might make them pay more attention.

Do you dripfeed the views? Every panel for YouTube that I use winds up getting the videos deleted. YouTube is very smart, I don't want to resell this service if it will get my client's videos deleted.
