Yes you can use HTML.

It does have a built in auto-mailer. See the image I posted in the comment above yours.

So im a newbie to all this mass emailer thingy, I tried the trial and it is awesome! I am wanting to mass emails i collect, But again unsure how to go about that. My question is I have a gmail account and would like to mass email from that, do i just enter my email somewhere and the replies will go to that gmail? Thanks!

Thank you! Ordered and figured it out, Now second question lol....Say im wanting to target one website for emails. How do i go about that? I put in the website on the second part the Use url as start, does it auto add emails just by the url being put in there? Ive had it running for about five minutes under that and not gotten any emails. Am i suppose to put in a keyword somewhere saying email? Or what is the best way to search emails through just one site? Thanks

The first option (use search engine) allows you to enter keywords and the software will go out to the search engines and scrape websites based on those keywords, then it will scrape the emails from the websites it finds.

The second URL option is you would enter a URL or you can import URLS (open button next to URL field) and it will scrape the website for email's. You can see the options under that URL field on how deep to parse the site. Parse everything means its going to follow every link and continue crawling the site and scraping any email it can find on any page (time consuming). Then you have more options to only go 1 level deep, or a custom level you set, etc.

It just depends on what you're trying to do, really. Keep in mind you can click the options button > program behaviour tab > concurrent connections. If you increase this number it will increase the threads and will crawl faster, etc.

Did you fill out your smtp info and click "test" to make sure you connect properly? If so, you can go to the email messages tab and create your template for the email you want to send out.

Make sure you have automailer checked at the bottom of the window:

You will see in the status column, emails are being sent out.

Hello, I havent received any emails back from all the emails i sent out yesterday, when i look in my sent box it doesnt show anything was sent. Is that normal? Thanks

Whether someone responds back to your emails or not will depend on the messages you're sending out and if they're inboxed, etc.

You won't see anything in the sent box because it is using smtp protocol.

Don't use the keyword option, use the URL as start option:

Yes i was using that, Still it is searching craigslist for maybe two minutes then going through other sites and never going back to craigslist.

See the option that says, "how deep to parse external sites" - make sure that is set on "don't parse".
