OP is online always but never addresses these issues!

I spoke to kappoli briefly last night on Skype when I could manage to get him to respond. He would not answer all of my questions. I will go over this shortly in my post.

First and foremostly, it really is very disappointing that things are turning out like this when the panel has so, so much promise as a product and would be incredibly well received if the service improved and we actually had some expected up-and-running dates.

Most of you would agree when I say that we just want to know WHEN the panel is expecting to be up and working truthfully, not a "tomorrow or soon" type of answer wherein we have no idea.

Personally, I had orders backing up on sites like fiverr and had to call on (and pay) a friend to help me fulfil my orders. When I confronted kappoli about this he simply said "cancel", which, if you are a seller, is the absolute last thing you want to do.

I was told last night by kappoli that the panel will be up and working in one week. I am not sure if this is the truth as last week we were told likes would be up and now the entire panel is not functioning. I can respect that fact that Instagram makes changes and having to work around those changes is an absolutely enormous task, however, we would all just like to be honestly kept up to date and not in the dark - regardless of the date. As paying customers, I do not think that is too much for us to request of you.

I do not want a refund, I simply want the truth about what is happening. As resellers and customers, we need to know. This product has a lot of promise and I sincerely hope it comes through.

If anyone would like me to post my Skype transcript, I will gladly do so.
 
I contacted Jok3r about a refund, he asked where I would like the refund sent, and gave him my PayPal email.
He has read the messages, I am almost sure of it.
But no refund has been given.
24 hours or I'm taking this upon myself.

Sorry Everyone ,

We were fixing it , though someone Tried to get on to My lap ( using keylogger ) and get accsess to everthing and he managed to get on to our paypal and my Personal bank acc and our Cpanel too . He Done some SQL injection and everything was done , our developers and trying to fix it and i managed to get some of my money back to my bank ! . We know many of your orders are on pending and i appologize for this happend last few days , IF any one need refund Just PM me your paypal and i willl procced the steps for Refund . and those who wanted to stay for them we will back in 3 days and a Surprise Gift to everyone who patiently wait for US

From the point that you decided to provide services to resellers, it's not only your reputation that you are playing with - but also OUR reputation, in front of OUR customers. So, i expect that the communications should be clear and truthfull.

Not matter what are the issues you are facing - a clear messages with clear dates allow all users of your services to communicate properly with their own customers.

I will wait the three days delay to see if we will be surprised and if it worth to have wait so long.

Yes, We want The truth, Don't Just say Soon, The Panel Only worked for me One day, other two days were Very bad as Orders were Stuck, I message jok3rnikx a couple of times
Still No answer, I will wait Another 3 - 4 Days No more, This wasn't really the service I have expected.
I can Get Bad Reviews, Cancelled Orders, Lose customers for this.

by the time I spoke to them about buying it, they seem to be very rude and amateurish really.

I have had no response from either the OP or his partner in Skype convos or from pm's since Friday when I asked about the possibility of buying a panel
I genuinely did want to buy a few hundred $ worth of followers/reseller panel but all I got was sarcastic comments in return, I have to admit Anun is the one who is very unresponsive, Jok3r Nik was actually pretty cool with me at one point and I was able to actually have a decent conversation with him although he doesn't always reply, took like 4 days just to get a 1 word reply. Jok3r Nik seems like the cool one atleast but Anun just mocked me when I asked seriously regarding purchasing a panel.

Some people just are not cut out to run businesses. This thread should be locked, OP obviously has no idea what he is doing.
 
And if anyone want to fullfill there pending orders we can help you via Manually , Just send you Instagram URL for following or like we will do it manualy the problem is only with client panel
 
Can anyone confirm this is working? I tried the test panel it is very impressive and I am interested in the panel. But this many negative comments is worrying.
 
I don't understand what you call "Unlimited Panel" ...

Because so far, your panel services for resellers for which we paid still not working at all.

The reseller panel isn't currently working and hasn't worked for days. As you can see, a lot of us a really unimpressed by this. I'm sure we will all update when it's finally working again.

I hope the reseller panel is up and going shortly, along with the promised "surprise" we are going to get. I'm curious to see what it is.
 
unlimited panel means you can add unlimited links no additional fee !!

Read again the title of your OP "Resellers going to love it" ... So far i don't see so much love by here..

I will give an another couple of days of credibility to that "services", if that doesn't come up - i will cut the waste of time and ask for refund.
