You have two option to pay your invoice using PayPal subscribe button and simple pay button, with the subscribe button you will get a recurring agreement with paypal and the monthly fee will be automatically deducted from your paypal account, with the simple pay button you will have to manually pay your invoice monthly, in any case you have the option in your dashboard to cancel your product, also you have the option to login to your paypal account and cancel the recurring agreement, and also the option to open a ticket at support and tell there that you do not want to be debited anymore.

Your order was activated immediately after payment and an activation email has been sent, you have to go to my proxies page to get your proxy and to set up the proxy auth, we do not send the proxies via email, there is a client cpanel that you can use to download the proxies list and to set up the proxies authentication.

my friend wants to buy several dedicated private proxies for Youtube. know we want to see what will happen if we order the proxies for just one month and no longer extend them? What do you do with the proxies if we won't extend them anymore please? Can it affects our YT video somehow if we won't extend our proxies? I hope my meaning is clear...

I really do not understand what are you talking about, there are no open tickets on our system, why do you keep writing bad reviews on our thread ?
I have manage to track your account, i will issue a refund for half of the amount paid on the last month.

My membership is cancelled for the reasons possibly below:
1. Instead of explaining that I cannot opt for an exchange because I did so already for the month, you decide to cancel my membership.
2. There were no changed proxies or any reply from your support for 4 days and after calling you out on this thread, you will cancel the membership.
3. You get irritated because we open a ticket 1 - 2 times a week due to problems with your proxies.

After a long talk with my partner we have decided to refund your payment and cancel your membership.
1. on my proxies page there is a proxy change form, when you are able to ask for a proxy change the form its available to you, when you are not illegible for a proxy change the form its not available, the proxies you had has already been changed for this billing month this its the reason why the proxy change form wasn't available to you, and also this its the reason why you have opened a ticket and why you haven't used the proxy change form
2. your proxies has already been changed for the current billing month, and your ticket has been replied 1 hr max after you have open it with the question" if you are a BHW member", we got no reply from you since then
3. We are not irritated at all, you was our client since 12/09/2013 20:13 first with a SPP-5 package and after you have upgraded to SPP-20 and after to SPP-50
At the end we have refunded 50% of your last payment and we are very sorry that we was unable to help you !

I wanted to order shared proxies of USA, but I need them for Pinterest so you have to make sure nobody else use them. If you can give me more information about the proxies I'll be ordering as soon as you can reply.

for social media you need dedicated virgin private proxies, not shared semi or other type of proxies, also when you order please write on your order that you need them for pinterest.
If you will purchase shared proxies then you will have no guarantee that the proxies will work for pinterest as you are not the only one using those proxies.
