I currently have a SPP-50 package with SSL Proxies and I opened a ticket to add 10 more proxies making my account having a total of 60 proxies. Well, the support team of SSL replied that they have no package that has 60 proxies, only 100 proxies so I should go for SPP-100 instead of having additional 10 proxies. In short, they won't allow me to buy 10 proxies, they want me to buy 50 more!


Any other proxy provider can tell you how easy it is to simply allocate 10 new proxies to an existing account. Oh well, good luck with that sales talk (of trying to get 40 more proxies from me).

OK, We are really sorry that you are disappointed.
we do not have a package of 60 proxies and we will not create one.
You have a SPP-50 package, if you need 10 more proxies just order another SPP-10 package of proxies, its not so hard, and in total you will have 60 proxies.
